Jack Duppa-Miller

Sub‑Lieutenant John Bryan Peter Duppa-Miller GC, born John Bryan Peter Miller and known as Jack Duppa-Miller,[1] of the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve was awarded the George Cross for the heroism he displayed in bomb and mine disposal while serving with HMS President during the Blitz in the winter of 1940. Notice of his award appeared in the London Gazette on the 14th of January 1941, the citation praising his 'great gallantry and undaunted devotion to duty.'

Miller was married to Clare Heald.
